Natural and Nourishing: • Ingredients: 2 teaspoons cooked or canned pumpkin and ½ teaspoon olive oil o Optional: for dry skin: add ¼ teaspoon of milk o Optional: for oily skin: add ¼ teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar • Combine cooked or canned pumpkin with of olive oil • Whisk until the ingredients are well blended • Add optional ingredients of your choice

Pureed and Simple: • Ingredients: Pumpkin puree, 2/3 cup cream, two egg whites, and ½ tablespoon honey. • To create the puree, place a fist full size of pumpkin into the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth - make sure there are no lumps! • Add egg whites, cream and honey • Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency
