Trial Policies AcknowledgementsDuring the trial, we do not prep hair in the same manner that we do on the wedding day. Using a lighter application of products allows us to create different styles and provide you with options. If during your trial we were to use the same amount of product that we would on the wedding day on your first style, it can often be difficult to try out a second idea. If you see a bobby pin, a little frizz or a random piece of hair, feel free to ask your stylist about it! The same applies for your makeup application. We typically do not use a primer, setting spray or waterproof makeup as this allows us to give you more options during your makeup trial.We will play “paparazzi” when your trial is complete. These images are for the artist’s use on your wedding day only; we do not distribute these photos. We will gladly snap some photos for you with your camera or phone.Your makeup artist will suggest a flattering shade of lip gloss during your trial. Lip glosses are available for purchase ($25 plus tax) following your trial and are the only makeup “touch up” that you will require during your wedding day. Please do not feel pressured to buy a lip gloss. We simply like to customize your wedding day look with a beautiful lip. To make things easier for you, should you love the color used during your trial, we then offer the color used for sale to ensure you have the same color to touch up with on your special day. Glosses are non-returnable and all gloss sales are final.Trial fees are non-refundable. We want you to feel 100% satisfied before you leave our studio. If there is something you don’t love, please let us know! We value your honest feedback and promise our feelings will not be hurt. Your trial is the perfect time to address any concerns you may have. If at a later time you decide to change your bridal look and would like another trial, we’d be happy to have you back in and additional fees will apply.Please understand that inspiration photos from Pinterest, Instagram and other social media platforms may have been altered, photoshopped and/or filtered. We will do our best to make you look flawless but keep in mind that many photos are not natural and have been digitally edited. #nofilter
