We are so excited it is almost time! Please take a few minutes to confirm your critical details. Sometimes things change and we want to make sure our records our correct. Then be sure to review all the important information you need to know for your big day.
How to prep for success
Prep yourself
Arrive with completely dry, non-flat ironed hair and a bare face.
Wear something that can easily be removed (a shirt without a collar) so that it will not disrupt your hairstyle or makeup application.

Prep the space
Help us get a jump start by having a dedicated space ready.
- Ample natural lighting
- Access to electrical outlets
- Chair for the hairstylist - a desk or dining chair is perfect
- Desk or table to lay out tools
- Access to sink with running water
Communicate
Prepare to be 100% honest with your Artist(s). We can do different hairstyles, different looks, different anything - just be sure to let us know so we can be confident that you are happy!

Please note that this phone number is not monitored prior to the wedding day.
Text us (please do not call or leave a voicemail as this will delay our response time) to relay information to your team such as your hotel room number, changes in parking, etc.
Our manager may be on-site as well but will respond as quickly as possible.
Add contact information to your phone for easy access if you need it and know that it is us contacting you.
Important Reminders!
Entire bridal party needs to be on time.
Anyone receiving services need to be present at the time of start of services. Should members of your party run late and our Artists need to wait, there is a $50 wait fee per person (per the contract).
Blow-outs are an additional service.
If you are requesting a blow-out, this style is wet to dry and involves no major curling and/or pinning. If an individual would like a blow-out and an updo, this will incur an additional hair service fee, as this is considered TWO services.
Hair extensions
If you would prefer to apply your own Hair Extensions, Updos For I Dos will not be liable for a faulty installation and may require an upgrade for professional installation. Extensions must be 100% human hair for any heat or style to be applied.
Early completion
If services are completed prior to the contracted completion time, we will do a round of touch-ups and excuse ourselves so you and your ladies can relax.
Last minute additions
If anyone would like to add a service and time allows, this fee is due at the time of service. We accept CASH and/or Venmo. We will not accept credit cards or personal checks.
Last minute cancellations
If someone cancels a service the day of the wedding, there will be no refunds. Someone else may be substituted into their spot.
Transer of services
Transferring services to another recipient on the wedding day is permitted, provided they receive the same contracted service. For example, we are unable to transfer hair services to makeup services or vice versa.
Gratuity is always appreciated
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated. Typically the industry standard is 15-20%. Cash or Venmo are great options.
