How to prepare for success
Prep yourself
Arrive with completely dry, non-flat ironed hair and a bare face.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so we can get started on time. This will ensure you have the maximium amount of time with your aritst to get that jaw-dropping look.

Screenshot/save your favorite styles and looks! This will give us a head start on creating the best look for you.

Prepare to be 100% honest with your Artist(s). We can do different hairstyles, different looks, different anything - just be sure to let us know so we can be confident that you are happy!

Text us (please do not call or leave a voicemail as this will delay our response time) to relay information to your team such as your hotel room number, changes in parking, etc.
Our manager may be on-site as well but will respond as quickly as possible.

Hair Extension Application
Installation and styling of 100% human hair clip-in extensions. Extensions must be purchased in advance and must be 100% human hair on a clip-in track.

Important Reminders!
Studio Guests
In consideration of others receiving services, we have a guest policy.
Each client may bring a “plus-one” to share their experience. The guest are to remain in the lobby and not enter the service areas. Brides will come out once services are completed. Let us know if you are bringing a guest on the confirmation form.
No children are allowed in studio.

Documentation
We will take lots of detailed notes and photos of your finished look. These will only be used by your Artist(s) for reference purposes on your big day (not on social media)! These are also important in communicating to another artist in the rare emergecy situation.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to email these photos to you after your trial, so you may want to ask your artist to snap a few photos with your personal cell phone.

Hair extensions
If you would prefer to apply your own Hair Extensions, Updos For I Dos will not be liable for a faulty installation. Extensions must be applied prior to the professional style.
Early completion
There may be a brief waiting period between your trial services. Each session is unique and we allocate 60 minutes max per service; 60 minutes for Hair & 60 minutes for Makeup.
Last minute additions
If anyone would like to add a service and time allows, this fee is due at the time of service. We accept CASH and/or Venmo. We will not accept credit cards or personal checks.
Last minute cancellations
If someone cancels a service the day of the wedding, there will be no refunds. Someone else may be substituted into their spot.
Transer of services
Transfer of Services - Transferring services to another recipient on the wedding day is permitted, provided they receive the same contracted service. For example, we are unable to transfer hair services to makeup services or vice versa.
Gratuity is always appreiated
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated. — Typically the industry standard is 15-20%. Cash or Venmo are great options.
