Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and ensuring a smooth booking process for our clients. This role is crucial in maintaining and growing our client base by proactively engaging with prospects and managing contracts. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets. The ideal sales manager excels at lead generation, relationship building, strong negotiation skills, and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities
❖ Follow up on outstanding/open/unsigned contracts
❖ Process signed contracts
❖ Proactively target a same-day response rate to prospective bride inquiries, emails & phone calls
❖ Send requested/new contracts
❖ Monitor and suggest update pricing updates to management
❖ Reach out to referral partners with thank you notes or messages
❖ Monitor bookings to achieve sales targets
❖ Determine why prospects are not booking and provide recommended adjustments to the offering
❖ Attend and represent the company at tradeshows and industry events
❖ Review and adjust sales strategies based on performance data
❖ Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals
❖ Set and review annual sales targets
❖ Develop and implement strategic sales plans
❖ Represents the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of all offerings
❖ Analyze performance data and creating sales forecasts
❖ Continuously improves upon sales processes
❖ Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

KPIs
❖ Close Rate of 30% or higher: Ensures a high conversion rate from leads to bookings, directly contributing to revenue growth.
❖ Referral Leads greater than 50%: Indicates strong client satisfactionand word-of-mouth marketing, reducing acquisition costs and increasingbookings.
❖ Revenue Growth Rate of 20% YOY: Achieving this growth rate will help the company double its size every five years, aligning with the strategic goal of expansion.

Compensation and Work Environment:
❖ Base Salary + Commission: This role offers a competitive base salary with a commission structure that rewards high performance and successful sales outcomes.
❖ Remote Work: The position is primarily remote, providing flexibility in your work environment.
❖ Travel Requirements: Some travel will be required, particularly for tradeshows, industry events, and key partner meetings.
